Refurbished old existing fish processing plant to include full new commercial kitchen. New shop layout, fish market and hot food outlet. External eating area with retractable roof
New customers toilets and staff rooms . Used original Howth stone on internal walls with local stonemason. Liaised with interior designer to achieve final finishes.
